StepThis course incorporates basic steps of step aerobics. In each class various routines are choreographed and led by instructor. Throughout the course students will develop endurance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and a sense of well-being.

Each class will begin with a slow warm up, continue into intermediate to vigorous aerobic part, and end with a cool down. Floor work, dumbbells, or tubing will be incorporated to build strength and flexibility.
