balletThis course is designed for students to practice beginning techniques of classical ballet. Movement skills, body alignment and placement, rhythmic structures, classical terminology will be presented in the class.

Each class will begin with a slow warm up incorporating light body ballet movements. Floor work might be incorporated to build strength and flexibility. Most of the movement will be performed using a side bar and continued into a center practice.
