I was born in Macedonia and had lived there for seventeen years. After graduating a Ballet High School in Macedonia, I had lived and studied in Slovenia for seven years. I focused my studies on movement and dance. In my free time I trained and competed in Latin American Dances. I graduated with a Bachelors of Physical Education/Athletic Training with emphasis on dance and accomplished several results while competing. My best result was winning the Macedonian National Championship in Latin American Dances.

In 2004, I moved to San Francisco and pursued an MA degree in Kinesiology. After graduating, I worked as a Personal trainer at Club One and UCSF Bakar Fitness Center and as an exercise Physiologist at Seton Medical Center.

My journey has finally led me to my true passion which is teaching the knowledge I gained through the years. I currently work as a Fitness/Dance Associate Professor at CaƱada College.
